Lahey Health (formerly Lahey Clinic), a physician-led, nonprofit group practice, is world-renowned for innovative technology, pioneering medical treatment, and cutting-edge research. This 500,000+-square-foot expansion was the largest hospital construction project ever undertaken on the medical center’s main campus in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Encompassing seven levels of new construction, several campus roadway reconfigurations, and a four-level, 1,165-vehicle parking garage, this landmark project introduced state-of-the-art advances in medical technology and addressed increasing demand for patient services. Operating rooms feature sophisticated audiovisual and data integration capabilities providing for real-time consultation and teaching venues during surgical procedures.
