Student Residence Hall

With a growing student enrollment and approximately 90 percent of Stonehill’s undergraduate students choosing to reside on campus, the need for additional student housing became essential. The new five-story suite-style residence project features 250 beds, with 6–10 students per suite in double- and single-occupancy rooms. Suites include bathrooms, kitchenettes, and a common living space. The building’s amenities include study rooms, a chapel, and laundry facilities.
