Fenway Park EMC Club & State Street Pavilion
Boston Red Sox
Since the 1970s, Walsh Brothers has managed more than 100 projects of varying sizes at Fenway Park. The largest and most challenging was the construction of the State Street Pavilion and EMC Club. The most ambitious expansion of Fenway Park in over 20 years, this project required careful planning with an eye to the precise sequencing of trades, thereby enabling hundreds of tradesmen to begin work within hours of the last game of the baseball season.
“The construction of the State Street Pavilion and EMC Club was part of one of the largest single renovation projects ever completed at Fenway Park, and your 'Team' was instrumental in ensuring that this ambitious project was completed prior to Opening Day.”

Construction continued 24 x 7 with workers laboring tirelessly throughout the winter months to ensure that 1,700 new seats and top-of-the-line luxury club amenities were constructed within this beloved historical structure in time for Opening Day festivities. The result was that more than $40 million in construction was fast-tracked within a five-month span.
