With over 30 years of experience, Paula has unique knowledge and firsthand experience in the planning, construction and renovation of healthcare, academic and research facilities. With over 20 years in critical care and clinical operational roles and 12 years in architectural planning and design, she provides valuable insights into space, capital and operational planning and management.

Paula holds an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management, a Nursing Degree from Belfast College of Nursing in N. Ireland and is a member of the New England Healthcare Engineers Society (NEHES, ASHE), the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy (NESHS), and the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP).
