Darlene applies her 30 years of progressive HR expertise, acquired predominantly in the Real Estate and Construction industry, to developing and implementing our human resources programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance and staffing. Darlene is also a founding member of the Walsh Brothers Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (WBDEI) Committee and helps lead DEI efforts for Walsh Brothers.

Darlene holds a BS in Political Science and History from Northeastern University, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and participates in several HR and industry groups including SHRM, NEHRA, NAWIC and PWC. Darlene is also on the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (CFDI), HR Committee and Building Women in Construction Committee (BWiC) for the AGC of Massachusetts.
