With over 27 years of experience in the building industry, including 23 years building in the Longwood Medical Area of Boston, Brad is highly regarded as a manager, builder, and preconstruction leader in institutional construction. In his role as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for operations and strategic growth of the company. His collaborative approach combined with his field experience and technical skills allow him to deliver innovative solutions resulting in unparalleled project value.

Brad holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. He is also a founding member of the Walsh Brothers Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (WBDEI) Committee, and a member of the board of directors of the AGC of Massachusetts.
