MIT Vassar Street Residence

The new residence hall, located on Vassar Street at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, replaced a pre-existing surface parking lot and the former West Garage parking area. The new structure is five stories tall with all MEP services at the roof level and totals 156,000 square feet. It houses 450 beds for undergraduate students, as well as 12 apartments for graduate resident tutors and four apartments for staff members.
